I love the apartment and Diamelis was always helpful. This apartment is located in a very centric area with access to all you need. Quiet, great AC, the view, oh The View!!!! Just incredible. I would go back there every time. Gracias por todo Diamelis.

Una experiência única em Havana. Todo conforto em tranquilidade. Um minibar para que possa beber algo comodamente. Totalmente climatizado e com internet de qualidade. Diamelis, a anfitriã, é uma pessoa disposta a ajudar em todos os detalhes que precise. Ao lado de sorveterias, e excelente restaurantes. Mais perfeito não poderíamos ser! Nos sentimos em casa.

I will say I was surprised by how modern the apartment was. It’s very modern, has all the amenities that I was used to. The living room was well decorated and the kitchen had everything I needed. This apartment has two bedrooms- 1 bedroom had a queen size bed and other two full size bedrooms. The bathroom size was adequate. The host provided bathroom essentials and the hot water. That was nice. The host was very welcoming and stay late to wait for me as my flight from Miami was late. She gave me all the information I needed around the area, where to shop, dine and general safety tips. The refrigerator was well stocked with water, soft drinks, juice and beer. WIFi was free and ok for Havana. The only negative that has nothing to do with this apartment is the fact the building itself did not have stairs. Maybe I didn’t see it. I was worried about a blackout and the lights went out and the elevator was malfunction. Or in the case of an emergency, there was no escape route. This is Havana and I’m sure building codes were different from the US. In all I loved the area. It was quiet and save and very close to the Malecón. I enjoyed taking daily walks there.

I highly recommend the Havana and sea apartment. The host was punctual and even allowed us to check out three hours later than the designated time. They checked on us daily to offer assistance in Havana or with any issues we were facing. The apartment is conveniently located near Hotel Nacional de Cuba within walking distance. While the city center is a bit far to walk, taxis are readily available for an average cost of 5 US dollars. Being on the top floor, the apartment offers stunning views of both the city of Havana and the sea. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the host is

The apartment on the 21st floor in a quiet residential neighborhood in Vedado is awesome. It is fully appointed with 2 immaculate bedrooms and a kitchen/living room. It has great views of the Havana waterfront, and is walkable to many nice restaurants. Henrik, the owner, was incredibly accomodating, arranging both of our taxi rides to/from the airport. In addition, he met us at the apartment the first night to show us around, set up wifi, etc. He even converted our Euros to the Cuban currency at an extremely fair exchange rate as we had arrived from Madrid. Upon leaving, he the converted our remaining currency to U.S. Dollars as we were heading back to the U.S., again at an extremely fair exchange rate. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here on your trip to Havana.

Excellent location and apartment. Henry was awesome and helped us with everything. The apartment is spotless and clean and comfortable. Wonderful views of Vedado and ocean from 21st floor high rise. We would stay again.

This property exceeded our expectations. Hendrik was an amazing host that was on top of all of our needs, we got help with money exchange, he gave us tons of suggestions on what to do and where to go and even arranged transportation back to the airport. The apartment is really nice, is in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants and little stores nearby as well as a market. Wi-Fi was available all the time and the A/C worked like a charm. This property made our trip so much better, absolutely recommended!

Nice apartment, great host.
Nice clean place! As a solo traveller, first time in Cuba I was a bit concerned. Hendrik was an amazing host, picked me up really late at night due to flight delays. There was a list of recommendations for restaurants in the area and in Old Havana and clubs. The apartment had free internet, which is very unusual in Cuba, and close to the Malecon. There was cute little bakery (grocery was next door) I got food for breakfast couple of times. Hendrik was also kind enough to drop me off to thé to my next stay in Old Havana. Recommend to anyone!

The apartment is very spacial and is very clean, which looks brand new when we walked in. The landlord has provided kitchenware for cooking and is very kind to provide information regarding nearby restaurant locations and tips in the area as well as currency exchange. The view from the bedrooms are awesome and we have very much enjoyed our stay here.

The host and his wife was amazing . The host didn’t speak English but his wife translated when you called . The host always tried to make sure we understood what he was saying . The internet is free for 24 hours then it’s 3.00 usd every 24 hours . The elevator sucks very slow . The property is very clean and is in the middle of the native ppl. The property was secured and safe no balcony. The host exchanged our money and also scheduled our excursion that was dope . It’s a 20 min walk to old Havana . Outside the building did smell like urine no fault of the host !!!! Overall I will give it a 7/10
