「Can't say enough good things about Alux! My friend and I visited Placencia for our Birthdays and were originally booked at other accomadations. 「Stayed with my husband and adult daughter. The villa was well appointed and very comfortable. Two bedrooms and two baths and a nice kitchen/living area so we had enough space to share. 「エクスペディアに載っているホテルの電話番号が違っていました。ホテルというよりは、むしろゲストハウスであった。2日に1回の清掃がない日にトイレットペーパーがなくなり、補充を依頼したら、「自分たちで購入して！」と言われたのはいかがなものかと思った。」

We had added our 21 year old daughter after the reservation was initially made and they were very accommodating to add her. 「Great communication with the owners. The property is much nicer and larger than it appears in the photos. The pool is also much nicer than it appears in the photos. The location is very central and I would highly recommend. 「We loved our stay. Everything was wonderful from the view to the accommodations. The staff is AMAZING! Vanessa was our favorite as we spent the most time with her. We loved our personalized notes each night as well. The only negative is that the huge balcony only had a small sofa type bench to utilize.
