"Actually good value if you accept the tatami style bedding. Only problem is that going out of the room to the shared toilets and showers can be freezing as the common areas are not yeated. Hotel looks old. But it was in the centre of Ina, and had good free parking. Room we got for 5 pax was relatively cheap."

"Our three night stay was a highlight of our three week Japan visit. The staff was so kind and so friendly. Especially Iyaka and Ling. Our room was large and the western beds were comfortable. "The house itself is beautiful but all around it is extremely badly taking care of. The yard is a mess, the grass high, and just next to some run down green houses. "広大な敷地にある素敵な日本庭園と藁ぶき屋根の母屋がとても印象的です。わずか１１室のみですので、静かにのんびりと過ごせます。チェックインをするためだけの空間など、少しもったいない感じがありました。思いっきり和の空間ですが、お食事はフレンチ。美味しかったですが、なんとなく和食の方がしっくりくる感じがします。上諏訪は酒蔵も多いですし、地酒とともに味わう和食というのも魅力的だと思います。外国人の姿もちらほら見かけましたので、和食も食べられるとポイント高いと思います。スタッフの方は皆さんにこやかで、優しくとても心地よい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。"

"Very accessible from Matsumoto Station. The hotel was very clean. I especially appreciated the cleaning after 3 nights of stay to be sustainable. The towel bags was a nice feature so we were able to carry the towels to the bath. Breakfast was delicious. There were so many options ranging from Japanese to western. There was something for everyone to eat. The hotel had nice little perks. When we stayed, there was happy hour (free alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and evening snack in the dining hall. "

"A nice, clean and tidy hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The styling was classical and quite appealing. The hotel has free access to guests for the seperate men's and women's onsens. It also has a rather nice sitting room with a selection of books (in japanese) to read/flick through. The breakfast was a generous buffet with a large variety of hot and cold items from typical japanese fare to more usual western toast and and cereal. We would definitely stay again."

"Enjoyed our one night stay here. Booked one hour private onsen and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and waterfall scene. Also did the public onsen and enjoyed it as well. Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast."
