In any case, the view was stellar (I could watch that Ferris wheel at night for 30 minutes and not see a repeated light pattern), as was the rest of the hotel. "Really loved the location, in Chinatown, but still felt quiet. Close to stations, but we walked around a lot and found the location centralize to Kobe's sites. Free noodles at end of night was a really nice touch. "
