「We were pleased with our stay. Our 1st impression was disappointing as my friend and I, both seniors, struggled with our luggage going up the stairs to the registration desk and he did not come and offer any assistance. There was no customers at the desk. It left us with a bad 1st impression but all improved after that. 」

「Loved the cleanliness of the property and the room. Simplistic approach to everything with 24x7 coffee are the highlights. What I didn’t like were the breakfast options - the primary reason I chose a hotel with breakfast included option is my kids love the choices usually. But here the choices were very limited with no protein at all. And I also didn’t like that they charged fee for parking which was not mentioned anywhere. 「The folks that work here couldn’t have been nicer. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat, so we called the office and they were here in less than 5 minutes! We truly loved it! Highly recommend! A 」

「コロナ禍で毎日の部屋の清掃サービスは無かったですが、それは良い事だと思いました。タオルなどはたっぷり置かれていたので不自由ありませんでした。朝食はオーダー式なので食べたい物だけ食べれて良かったし、サンドイッチは美味しかったです。YouTubeやNetflixが見れて良かったし、USBコンセントが6ヶ所もあって便利でした。」

「It has the best location. Easily walkable to the beach or a dozen restaurants. It was so much better than the last time we stayed because the construction is all finished. They have dobe a geeat job making this a truly beautiful hotel」

「空港への交通手段が不十分。また、空港への出迎えサービスがあればよい。食事をする場所が少ない。コンビニエンスストアがない。」

「I was pleasantly surprised. At the price I didn’t expect much but the room was spotless and comfortable. The only issue was the office. It’s located in a room at the hotel while the ‘real’ office is vacant. This detracts from the hotel but was a minor issue. 」
