"The Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel is a nice property with exceptional rooms, a great breakfast buffet, a good location in Seoul, and even a casino on-site for guests. We enjoyed the restaurants and the property thoroughly with the only exception of a very bad smell in one of the rooms that got worse during our stay. We informed the front desk of the issue, and they apologized, but we were checking out, so there was nothing that could be done. Strangely the hotel hallways and elevator corridors...

"A few steps up a short dead-end alley by the HOTEL NOBLE sign, and the unlocked double glass doors leads 2 steps to a self-service kiosk, oh no!!!! I'm completely lost! "The property is beautiful and walking around the grounds at night was peaceful. The food was amazing and the service and staff friendliness was superb. There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated. Plenty of amenities and the floor manager even remembered my name which was nice. This is moreso a luxury hotel for travelers coming / going from airport."
