"My husband, his parents and our 2 year old stayed at the Carriage House again for the second time and as usual, it was a wonderful stay! Everything is in great condition, love having separate AC in each room so everyone could be in a temp they prefer, and beautiful grounds to walk. We love staying here and plan to continue to any time we visit the area. Tyler and Kate are wonderful hosts!"

"This was a great little place right on the water of the bay. At low tide we had a private tiny beach. It was in a great location and although it was in a very bisy area, it felt secluded. Everything we needed was there at yhe boathouse. It was clean and bright. The host was friendly and responsive immediately. He gave precise directions and we found the place easily in the dark. "The property itself is in desperate need of updates and renovations particularly in the rooms. Other than that, the staff was friendly, location was perfect and the courtyard with the pools was super convenient and easily accessible. "

"My husband and I stayed for the weekend for our anniversary and we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, smelled great, and looked well kept up. Although we didn’t use them, it seemed to have everything you already need to cook as well (pots, silverware, utensils, etc). I can’t speak for the club amenities since we didn’t use them but the registration staff were wonderful. My only regret is not staying here longer!"

"We checked in on Thursday, September 26; called that night to report 2 tvs not working (and it wasn't wifi), texted about the tvs again on the 27th...never heard from anyone about the tvs. One toilet would not flush, someone finally came about 13 hours before check out. There were ants in the kitchen all around the stove and the glass top on the stove was cracked. We killed 3 spiders (2 WERE IN 2 DIFFERENT BEDS!!). Overall, the house was just not clean; it seems it has been neglected for several...
