"This beautifully appointed cottage, next to Barry the owners home, has everything and more, than you could ever need. The view from the cottage is over rural farm land and out to the Shorebird Coast, Firth of Thames and the Coromandel ranges beyond. "This batch is very cute and homey. They had a good amount of beds to accommodate everyone. Whilst the place may look small, I assure you that it felt anything but that. The amazing view and direct connection to the sand dunes, river, and beach, were amazing. "I had the really small room. I knew it was going to be tiny when I booked it. All good. The bathroom was a good size. The thing i appreciated was attention to detail, I needed for nothing. They even had actual coffee grounds and a press, which I'm realizing in NZ is the norm. All other hotels I've stayed at here only have instant coffee. They had fresh milk and cookies ( bag). The room was super clean. I ordered the lamb dinner at the pub, super good!!"
