"Great location and lots of options for pools. This is a solid B+ hotel. The rooms are large and the views are fantastic! They have the airport transfer well organized and work with you to keep your luggage after checkout, but they require 10 am checkout, which is earlier than most hotels. The staff was friendly but were very slow to respond to requests or just said they wouldn't be able to help. It seemed like they were constantly under staffed. "We loved our stay despite all the rain. There was lots to do while we waited for the rain to move out which it never did so unfortunately we never got to do any excursions but lots of walks around the property and eating out. "

Free shuttles to take you anywhere you want all you need is to call and they pick you put and drop you off anywhere. The staff are amazing, honestly so lovely and their service couldn’t fault.
