"This is the fourth time I have stayed here. it is very close to the Hamamatsu train station. All I needed was close proximity to train station, and a bed to sleep in at night. "We needed to be closer to the train station and this property was only a short walk away, which was good for us. The location was also good for accessing buses that took us to some of the tourist locations we enjoyed. The room is a little dated and we found some mould on shower curtain and tiles in bathroom. We were also disappointed that advertised ammentities such as gym and pool were not available. We stayed in eight hotels this trip to Japan and paid the most and got the least at this one."

"Exceptional staff service and great interactions! They were able to help us with luggage storage and answer any questions that we had. Everyone was responsive and helpful! Fantastic breakfast buffet. Staff at the buffet were phenomenal! The only two things I didn't enjoy as much was the bed being firmer than I like and that laundry was on a smoking floor. Other than that, still a great place that I would revisit in a heartbeat. Easy walk to the station too."

"We reserved 2 twin beds room however, the room was apparently 1 bed room and took the desk out to put the other twin bed to make it as 2 twin beds room. The room did not have any space for two people and even two small luggage. It felt we were cheated to pay for the room. There was no space in between the two beds. We had to use bed as luggage stand to get the things out. We cannot cross each other in the room at all. I do not recommend this hotel in terms of he room setting."
