"The staff were great. The room was nice and cozy.The breakfast they have was delicious. I highly recommend the French toast. It is in a great location. There is a Family Mart right next to the hotel and is nearby Hakata station. "

"Check in was smooth. Front desk staff is helpful but could use a bit more tact to manage non speaking Japanese language client. The male staff are more patient and empathetic compare to the female counterparts. That is my personal encounter. Overall, it is a well located hotel. Nearby has convenience store and ramen shop which is very yummy. Rooms size is adequate if you do not have more than 2 big luggages and small baggages. Problems to hang more clothes as the open wardrobe is small. Safe box is provided and easy to use. Daily replenishment of water which is very much appreciated. Thank you for the hospitality and assistance once again to the hotel. "
