"Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. "This resort is located in a town 1 hour drive from Quy Nhon City, so if you want to take a retreat from the crowd, it can be a good option. "Looked liked a new hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Stay nice and helpful. Not much to do in the town really but not the fault of the hotel. Very nice hotel overall"

The rooms are beautiful and very reasonably priced. The rooftop pool was a major highlight with incredible views of the city and beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach and there are numerous restaurants near the hotel. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"The hotel is located not far from the beach. The room was pleasant. It was sometimes a bit noisy at night, although the music usually stopped by 10pm. The breakfast was poor, not many options, but for the price, was acceptable."

"Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! A few staff spoke very good English, too. Super clean facilities that are so much nicer than photos indicate. We stayed in one of the bungalows which was spacious. Comfy beds as well as porch furniture, which made it easy to spend ages staring at the waves. Good AC and showers (water didn't get too hot tho). The water and beach were both clean and pleasantly sandy - baffled by the comments saying the beach is rocky underfoot. Surf was a little too strong for us to want to swim (did in the pool, which was clean though a bit odd without consistent depth). The tide and wind kept bringing in some plastic trash, which we gathered on beach walks because why not? Apparently the bar at the other end of the beach will give you free beer in exchange for collected beach rubbish if that motivates you. Food was EXCELLENT. For sure geared to Vietnamese taste but they did have western options if you got tired of the crazy fresh seafood and perfect noodles :) no breakfast buffet while we were there as not enough guests, but plenty of options cooked to order. Genuinely considered changing the rest of our travel plans just so we could stay here longer. Highly recommended! "

"Hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Room service meal was delicious and quick. Spa staff were wonderful and the service was very well priced given the quality experience. Breakfast service was high quality with more than enough options. "

Zannier: luxury, simplicity & personal service

"4 nights in a private pool beach villa, just steps from the sand and beach bar has convinced us to seek out more Zannier properties. Chic and beautiful environments, quiet luxury with a bit of local flair made the moments indoors special, and only to be surpassed by exploring the vast and spectacular hillside, beach and rice paddy natural preserve. Well done to all the staff, chefs, therapists. We look forward to visiting Bai San Ho again! "

Beautiful hotel

"Hotel is very nice! Staff were friendly and kind. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was our favourite as there were so many choices. Don’t hesitate to book here- ps across the street is the beach. There are no chairs so you would have to buy a towel as I am unsure if you can use pool towels."
