Perfect for stay Wish there was outside games to play cornhole etc very nice front yard would be perfect to hang out, sheet and towel thing kinda crazy and only one dish towel I wish there was Tupperware to put food away in Brett was very nice and helpful no issues with getting in house overall I really enjoyed myself. Love that you had a couple beach chairs"

"Was looking for a coastal retreat to enjoy a couple days with my daughter who lives near this location. This property had everything from a super clean, cozy studio with fridge and counters filled with surprising treats, incredible hot tub with lights in the trees, pool to cool off and little private beach to launch a paddlleboard and kayak, or hang out at night with a burn pit. If you are just a beach person and want toes in the sand and to swim in the ocean, this area is not for you....

"A cozy cabin feel, able to jump in the water right outside the front door. Check-in process was extremely easy, very communicative, check out was super easy. My only suggestion would be that the cabin needs a good vacuum/dusting. Lost of cobwebs, dust bunnies. Overall great, relaxing stay!"

"Lovely, well maintained property. Short walk to the shoreline and the neighborhood market (which has great coffee, muffins, shakes, etc). The fenced yard was wonderful for the dogs. Serene and quiet but friendly neighborhood. Excellent communication with property owner and easy check-in/out. Everything was as described on the site and it made for a wonderful weekend getaway!"

"An incredible gem: the family house on the shore you never had. Its trees, and the view onto the unbuilt side of the Niantic, makes you feels worlds away. Best outdoor shower east of the Big Island. Not just a "base" from which to do other things, it's a vacation in itself. Excellent, easy kayaking. Cool walk-in pantry, and lots of other throwback details in this 19th-century house. The photos will tell you if this is for you or not: it's not an investor property with all the latest upgrades....

"This house was perfect for what we needed. We attended a basketball tournament at the casino and this house was the perfect base to spend the weekend going back and forth. From the quiet dead end street, to the nicely furnished rooms, updated kitchen and bath, it was easily to get up and go in the morning and come back to to relax at night. Check in and check out were easy. We would stay here again."
