"We enjoyed our room and the facilities, including the pool. However, we found the food was lacking in quality. Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (there was someone else's underwear on the floor and the mugs were not clean) and we had to ask the staff to clean it again. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. They definitely made the stay better. We apparently came during "off season" which made the whole area seem like a ghost town. We did find some good places...

"Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless. "

"The hotel was clean and staffs were friendly. When we were there, it was very quiet and nice. We stayed in the bay view room. The sunset was beautiful and the night view was fun. However, we expected the spa in the hotel as we saw the hotel has a spa on hotels.com hotel page and realised on their site it says “coming soon”. It was a bit disappointing. "I will preface this review with that I went just after Super Typhoon Yagi. The hotel suffered a lot of damage and large parts of the hotel were closed off entirely. I know the resort would've suffered a lot financially because of this, but as a guest I was left a little miffed that I paid full price for part of the experience. I would've been more than happy if the resort recognised a few things were out of order and chucked in a few freebies like a massage or drinks vouchers. After all they had...
