"The Cabin" at North Alabama Sailing Marina - Sail, Fish, Ski or Just Relax!

Sail, fish, ski or do nothing but relax on "The Cabin's" spacious front porch overlooking Lake Guntersville. The Cabin is located at North Alabama Sailing Marina with a fresh renovation throughout the two bedroom one bath 1200 square foot home. Large picture windows offer a million dollar view of the lake.

Bring your own boat, sail or motor, and launch from our private ramp and have parking for the vehicle and trailer adjacent to the Cabin. Slip space is provide throughout your stay. Walk out in the morning with a cup of coffee and get on your boat ready for the day. A charcoal grill and lakeside fire pit are provided for evening entertaining. Bring the wife along to enjoy the downtown antique shopping, casual breakfast / lunch or enjoy a day reading on the porch overlooking Lake Guntersville.

The house has all the amenities of home. It comes with a large front loading washer and dryer, and the kitchen has a full size electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and all the essentials to prepare a meal. The dining room has seating for six.

Gather in the large living room and sink in the comfy leather sofa and enjoy the view of beautiful Lake Guntersville, watch movies on the large flat screen TV or venture out on the porch and while away the evening on the porch swing.

There are two spacious bedrooms. One has a new king size bed and the other has a new full size bed and one new twin over full bunk bed. Comfortably accommodating six guests.

Linens for the bath and bedrooms are provided.

Groceries, restaurants, gas and bait are available within a mile. "Fire by the Lake" restaurant and bar is within walking distance and "Char Burger", a local favorite, is within a quarter of a mile.

Once you get here you won't want to leave!

So the cabin was super clean which I'm very picky about & had everything needed for cooking laundry ect. The beds were very comfortable. We utilized all the amenities from the grill & fabulous porch swing to the firepit & fishing from the dock we caught plenty bunch of largbass!!

Taste of Lake life!
This was our first trip to the Lake Guntersville area and this property was a great taste of the area! Tucked in a quiet corner of a marina, we enjoyed walking out on the dock and enjoying the sunset from the swing while hearing the boats rock in the water. We were close enough to any of the local restaurants and grocery stores we wanted to visit. House was exactly what we needed, clean, spacious, affordable, and cozy. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be sure to choose this location!

Awesome place to stay!!
We have stayed here multiple times now and have loved each visit. The house itself is nice, spacious and is always very clean. My favorite place is on the front porch swing looking at the lake. The swing at the end of the dock is always nice too. The owners are always helpful with restaurant suggestions and easy check in. There were 6 of us staying (ages 2 and up) and we had plenty of room. Looking forward to the next time we are in the area again.

We had a very enjoyable week at the cabin. Nice fishing weather and relaxing view from the porch and gazebo. Easy check in and great communication with the owners who were extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. Easy commute to town and restaurants. Will be rebooking another trip soon. The property was exactly as described. Very convenient to the Marina. The staff at the marina and sailboat club were extremely helpful and friendly. The views of the sunrise over the mountains and the lake in the morning from the cabin were beautiful. Warning, there are a lot of spiders outside the cabin and around the lake, which we found to be true of everywhere in the area. No spiders inside the cabin at all, it was very clean.
