"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"We enjoyed spending Christmas at this Chalet! Monika was a wonderful host and even provide Fondu cheese for us on our arrival. Kitchen was well equipped, hairdryer provided and espresso machine. Chalet was cozy and warm! Would definitely stay here again."

"I don’t know where to begin- everything about our stay was absolutely AMAZING! We were greeted by Klara and her son. They had the fire place started and house warmed up, which was perfect since we had our two toddlers with us. The view from the dining area and top balcony is breathtaking. "We stayed here for two nights before our flight home. Was a nice location to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. The beds were very comfortable. "

"Fantastic view on the lakes and mountains, close to many hikes as well. About 15-20 minutes from Interlaken up in the mountain. Excellent equipment and beautiful terrace. Unfortunately, we tripped a breaker on our last night when my daughter tried to plug her adapter herself, losing electricity...didn't find the right box/breaker to reset ! Hopefully, nothing broke. Sorry for that."

"I had a great stay at Essential by Dorint Interlaken. Near train station makes travel easy and modern clean room is a plus. Breakfast was good and friendly staff added to the experience. What makes it unique it is conveniently located near shops, supermarket and restaurants. Some rooms have limited views and bit too warm but overall it is worth staying. Would surely recommend. "
