"Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."

"This property is in a perfect location for accessing all of le Vieux Annecy! The breakfast is good and offers assorted breads, cheeses, salami, eggs, dried fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and cereal. The parking is a little tight, and I recommend reserving a place in advance if your stay. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will stay here again, for sure! "

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"Paper towels. We ve been renting from Vrbo for over 10 years and have never checked into a European trip where there were paper towels. That’s the attention to detail to insure renters are happy. When I first received the contract and 27 page, what you need to know, book, I sighed. But printed it off and it was appreciated for its thoroughness. The unit was modern, clean and well supplied. "Me and my family spend a week in this beautiful chalet!It was charming,nice and cozy,with an amazing view, fireplace, jacuzzi, there's nothing to complain!The owners are really nice and friendly, easy to communicate and ready to help with anything! The chalet is very close to shops and the beautiful town centre of Thones,and close to the slopes ! We will definitely come back again!"

Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. So the location is spot-on, however, the cleanliness of the property is poor, when we sat on the bed, other people's hair blew out from underneath and we found several long...

"What can I say we absolutely loved the chalet it was perfect for us! We were cycling and the chalet location was fantastic for doing the mountains we wanted to tick off.
