"Good stay. Not a updated as i expected. Spa was nice though, i wish it were open a bit longer. "

"Lovely property with generous sized & tastefully decorated rooms. Staff at reception & the bar were very helpful & spoke excellent English. Our meal in the bar (club sandwiches) was tasty, fresh & not greasy. The only negative was that for the “comfort” rooms in the heritage part of the property, there is no lift to help with heavy luggage, however a staff member happily took my husband’s luggage upstairs."

"The hotel is just off the main shopping area so there are lots of places to get food and drinks nearby. It was also within walking distance of the massive christmas market (this was one of the reason I chose it). On first view the inside of the hotel looks quite dated - lots of dark wood everywhere. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.We were given a room at the front of the hotel on the first floor. "Horrible hotel and costumer service. The room was dirty and smell like cigarettes. No heat nor water pressure. We couldn't take a shower and slept in cold room. "
