He had our keys ready, an umbrella on hand, and ensured that we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff, including Tom and Eric at the front door, were also extremely attentive and welcoming. I can't forget to mention the wonderful ladies and gentlemen at breakfast. The service was top-tier! I’m sure I’m missing a few names, but every single staff member was amazing. "This was our second visit to this hotel. Perfect location. Closeto the train station, tram stop and shops and beach not far. The rooftop bar and pool are fab even in April. Only downside is you cannot open a window and rely on the air con."
