Greenwood Lakes Park

I think the hotel still needs some work. The room we stayed in looked like it had been updated within the last couple years. It needed more outlets, the shower leaked out onto the floor, and it just looked and felt like the updates to the room weren't done by a professional. But the beds were comfortable and the room was nice enough for a couple of nights.

The property was amazing! The views & the cleanliness were awesome. So close to all the amusement parks and shopping malls. What I didn't like was the prices for the food options for the on site grill/bar. Not having a real bar tender who can actually make a drink was disappointing after a long day of traveling all I wanted was to enjoy a drink on the gazebo by the pool. The arcade room only accepted CREDIT CARD no debit or cash and the machine was out of order for the entire stay so no arcade room for my kiddo. Also was told to ask about their discounts and whatnot on attractions only to be told I had to go to Westgate LAKES resort to receive those discounts and attend a meeting we would have done so had we known prior to making our plans for the days or if it had been in OUR resort. I would definitely book again maybe this time at the WESTGATE LAKE not the Palace

Good service was willing to accommodate due to a cancellation of flight. Kind and sweet.
