"We booked our reservation for this house over a year before the wedding we were going to attend. It was the perfect, cozy, quaint house, walkable to the best that Missoula has to offer, just over the bridge from the university. We took our dog, and the fenced back yard was perfect for a quick visit in the early morning or late at night. The owner Shaun is very responsive and the home is so welcoming. If our travels ever bring us this way again, we will definitely stay in this home again."

"Beautiful clean property. The hosts have thought of everything; beautifully decorated, well furnished, games, coffee, even a highchair. Welcome gifts of fresh eggs, ground meat, and wonderful jam was a nice surprise. The physical location may be too far for some but is worth the drive to have the beautiful quiet scenery. Sitting on the back patio watching the birds fly in and out while enjoying the quiet every evening was so nice. Everything was wonderful and worth the drive into Missoula every...

"We spent one night on the way to a ranch. We had 4 adults and one toddler. Plenty of space and good soundproofing. Close to a nice brewery, grocery store and coffee shop. All walking distance. Would recommend."

"We thoroughly enjoyed the home and its amenities. It was very clean and had plenty of fresh towels for us and our dog. Zolia was also helpful when we had a question about the disposal. The only drawback to the home was it’s location; it was a drive to downtown Missoula."

"This is a great property. I loved the birds. Enjoyed especially the peacocks strutting around enticing the girls. My dogs didn't mind them at all. Emil is a great host. So kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property for short or longer stays."

"This is a peaceful little place that offers plenty of things to keep the kids busy, is removed from town without feeling too isolated. We had a lovely campfire while the kids played in the tree house. We have a toddler which did require a watchful eye as there are some tricky stairs in and around the place as well as a small stream on one edge of the property, which also added to the charm. Accommodations are modest but cozy and more than sufficient. Would recommend to anyone."
