「This facility is an older building that has been relatively well maintained. All appliances functioned although the refrigerator was old and ran continuously. City water has a mild sulpher taste and guests are offered bottled water for drinking. We didn't try the morning breakfast, but went to a really nice coffee shop a block away. Bed was comfortable and there were bedside tables with reading lamps. For a small, rural town, this is a decent place to stay. 」

「I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most...

「While the home was a ways out of town, I preferred it. Quick access to hwy 99. The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean and the 3 bathrooms came in handy. The yard around the property is huge and well manicured. The hosts were very hospitable. We're looking forward to the next time we stay. 」
