"This was our second time staying at Starfish. We love it for the large backyard for the pups. Plenty of room to chase a ball and run. The addition to the cottage is fabulous. Much more indoor space. Cottage is equipped with everything you need. Bring your own spices if you plan to cook as we did most meals as restaurants are closed or slowing down in the fall. We did stop at The Porch twice for fresh pastries and cake- great deserts ! Dennis was great and supportive. Highly recommended. "

"The house was amazing, very clean and neat. Terrific location - right on the beach with a great view across the channel to Maine. We spent hours on the terrace (balcony?) relaxing with a glass of wine. It was the length of the house. We greatly enjoyed the experience."

"The Oceanfront Cottage on Campobello Island is a perfect getaway: Nicely private with neighbors tucked away behind trees and shrubs, it’s located a short drive from Campobello museum and lighthouse and several restaurants. The house absolutely delightful! The deck, garden fire pit, and master bedroom all have a stunning view of the Bay of Fundy. The kitchen is well-equipped. NOTE: bring your groceries because the only store we could find had extremely sparse offerings. "

"We’ve stayed at this lovely property two years in a row and plan to visit again in the future. The host is so lovely and helpful, but is not at all intrusive. The view of the ocean is wonderful and it is fun to watch the boats going to and from the harbor. There is a family of eagles that make regular appearances. The kitchen has all the equipment you might need, coffee maker, blender, even a springform pan! We had a lovely evening watching the full moon rise while sitting around a fire in the fire pit. What great memories! "

"This place was perfect. The house, interior and exterior were shiny clean. Lots of dishes, cooking supplies, towels. Very comfortable beds, nice linens. Appliances worked well plus filtered drinking water. Sea glass hunting down on h the shore during low tide, beautiful views of Blacks Harbor as ships come and go. Just lovely"

"The host made booking and planning the trip a breeze! Above and beyond with a personalized set-up when we arrived. I had inquired about a lobster pot and pets. She had all the lobster tools ready for us on the counter AND a doggy basket complete with treats! We are all astounded by the little personal touches to each room. The home had everything we needed and more! Board games in a bedroom closet, blankets in living room closet to sit by the fire. Even the bathroom had so many toiletries. We love fires so ran out the first night and when I asked where we can go buy more they restocked it for us!! My first VRBO experience will be hard to beat! Don’t forget to read and sign the guest book, and laying under the starts is a MUST! Thanks for making us feel so welcome, it was definitely hard to leave :)"

"Great exterior deck and interior updates since we last stayed 7 years ago. We enjoyed birding and whale watching from the deck during the day and evenings around the fire during our September visit (but make sure to bring your preferred bug spray)."

"Lovely little suite. Interesting property that looked pretty plain on the outside, but suprisingly had a cool gift store and a delicious restaurant all contained. The decor had a pleasant East Coast flair (we loved the Lobster Trap Chairs) and the washroom was very roomy, well stocked and clean Keyless self-checkin was easy and the property was easy to find in this quaint fishing village. We booked and enjoyed a great Whale Watch tour with Ocean Safaris only 4 minutes away. We will visit this area again and will definitely stay at the Homeport"
