「Our family of 5 enjoyed our Northside stay in this home.Check in is simple, easy communication with owners. Home was clean and organized. The ocean is right outside your door and the sunsets and sunrises are beautiful. The beach is rocky here as it is in a lot of areas but you can still carefully walk barefoot and find all the sea glass you could want. We kayaked or walked out to big rocks and snorkeled with tons of fish. Starfish and rum point are close and we enjoyed feeding the frigate birds...

「A lovely quiet, private home. It was 90% newly rennovated & well equipped with spectacular views, & within 20 yards of good snorkeling. Quick walk on the beach & you're at The Rum Point Club (if that's your thing). We bought groceries at Kirk's & good rum, choosing to cook & enjoy this fabulous house. But we drove a bit to Calypso Grill for a lovely anniversary dinner...highly rec.Had lunch at Eagle Rays & always love the local ladies at the Caboose!We appreciate the care & love put into this...

「Amazing property with immaculate house, amazing pool and beautiful beach. The location was quiet/private, yet only minutes from the Kaibo Beach Club and Rum Point when we were looking for more activity or a bite to eat. Easy access to water activities - jet skis can be delivered right to the property's dock and we boarded a boat excursion less than 5 minutes away at Rum Point. Highly recommend for a leisurely beach vacation!!」

「We were a group of 4 adults & 4 kids (ages 10-15). It was perfect for us. It was a little far from some things we wanted to do so a car is recommended and allow extra time for traffic. The beach was good, but lots of grass and weeds so snorkeling was not very exciting. 」

「Wonderful North Side 'home away from home'; best of everything to suit our 9 night stay here! Great base to come & go each day(or just stay & relax at the villa & surrounding paradise!) Clean, quiet, beautiful, & comfortable; well-equipped with many essentials, but also extras! Steps from the beach/ocean, fishing right from shore, walking the endless beach with hardly/rarely another person in sight, quietly sitting under the pergola drinking coffee or just listening to the peaceful & tranquil...

「First of all Barbara and her husband did a great job as the property manager. Very responsive and helpful. Property is exactly as described. Stayed with 10 people ranging from 2, to my parents that are 60. Everyone commented that the beds seemed too firm at first, but were very comfortable. Pool and beach access was great. Screened in porch wasn't necessary for the time of year, but if you go when it is buggy this would have been a great addition. Kayaks provided were used multiple times a day....

「We loved the house. It was right in the water. Beautiful breeze kept it comfortable. Pool was nice. My husband and I liked the quiet, less crowded atmosphere. We went to 7 mile beach which was wonderful but the area was busier. I liked that the house was close to Rum Point. Thank you for an awesome trip!」

「We had such a great family vacation. The location was just what we wanted- away from the resorts. The landscaping around the units was beautiful. Everything inside was just as expected and everything we needed. 」

「The place was awesome and had such great views. We liked the location as well. It was stocked with needed items. We had three situations that could have been better but were handled well: 1) kayaks were included for the full time however they did not arrive until day 2 so we missed one day with them; 2) the back door did not lock but got fixed the next day; 3) the garbage bins outside were full so we had no where to put our garbage. Loved the place, would stay again.」

「Beautiful home in a magical setting. My family with grandkids ranging from age 1 to 13 all had a wonderful time at this house. The pool was perfect temps for even the littlest and the oldest loved every sunrise and sunset under the gazebo on the dock. The house was loaded with all the things needed to spend a relaxing week in the Caymans. Loved it all! The host communication is 110%. Super experience!」

「I am not the one to fill out these reviews but I really loved this place. Was traveling with an infant and they provided a pack and play and high chair. The facility is clean, quiet and perfect for small families, young couples or even single travelers. The room came with everything we needed, we were able to cook some meals and eat out for the rest. Location is also perfect because you’re 3-5 minutes drive from any beach. I would recommend anyone staying here should rent a car or anyone...
