"This was our last hotel of this trip. It was spacious and modern. However, the hotel is trying to be efficience but there are things that not wirking (yet) such as the card reader in the lift. If it works, it will make guests feel safer, not anyone can just go up to the floors. The pink laundry machine, everyhting had to go thru the receptionist while there was a QR code there but was told, it is not working. The 24hr supermarket is a good idea but as expexted quite expensive and not many...

"We stayed for a week, trains easily accessible into Munich centre and shopping areas. The only thing that let it down was cleaning and changing bed sheets is done every 7 days and if you want it done sooner you have to pay to wash sheets yourself. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was just two single beds pushed together with a single duvet each which in my opinion does not match the price you pay. The little stove tops were handy and really enjoyed the addition of having a fridge....

"Great location for exploring Munich. Centrally located - a short walk or quick ride on public transit to both Marienplatz and Oktoberfest. It is quite humid in the apartment, so you have to keep the windows open. I wasn’t completely comfortable with that as it’s a ground floor unit, plus many of the windows have ripped or missing screens, allowing bugs in. "The apartment is in a good location to enjoy a visit to Munich. Tram 17 stops just a few feet from the apartment. An S-Bahn station is only a 10 minute walk away. "Great hotel, great staff, within walking distance from basically everything important in Munich! It’s right next to the main train station, separated by hotel’s courtyard. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is not the greatest due to the proximity to the central station, however, it’s very safe and secure. Staff are excellent and in any imaginable way professional. House keeping was hit and miss and inconsistent depending on who’s shift it was… Some days we returned to a room with replenished toiletries and coffee/tea, fresh towels, chocolates on nightstands, water bottles, etc., and some days only beds were made and used towels were collected -nothing else done. "

"It's a Westin so you know what you are getting right off. Hotel is very clean and the staff were top notch. Parking was very easy albeit not cheap. The hotel is located 100 yards from the subway and it's only 4 or 5 stops to the town center. It's a very nice hotel but not centrally located if you want to walk to the town, you will need to take the train, but it's very close and only a few Euro's to get you there. There's limited dining options around the hotel but there is a Paulaner restaurant located within the building which offers a great menu. It does close early though so be sure to get in before it closes. Would we stay here again? Yes. Very comfortable bed and very clean room. For guests that are driving it's a good spot to stay."

"Lovely stay and nice clean and comfy rooms, great value with friendly staff and close to the main station. We loved the quirky four poster style beds and decor. We had breakfast one morning in the hotel and it was well stocked with a wide choice of food and drinks. Train from the station was 12 euro, and right around the corner. We walked into the old town and got Ubers back, typically 10-20 euro. On checkout we were able to leave our luggage in secure lockers in the basement until 6pm. A great stay and would recommend. "
