"We recently stayed at Hotel H and were underwhelmed by the experience. The hotel's location in an industrial area means there's nothing within walking distance and it got really noisy in the morning. Unfortunately, the staff didn't do much to make us feel welcome. Interactions were brief and lacked warmth, with barely a hello or acknowledgement. Housekeeping was also a letdown. "We have stayed here a few times. The dining area was being remodeled so we missed out on great breakfasts. They did have a breakfast box however. We will be back in the area next summer and will stay here again. "

"Requested double got twin pushed together. Shower leaked, shower head too small. Couldn’t connect device to tv No tea or coffee facilities. Poor directions for overflow car park and continue to allow cars in the underground car park even once full. "
