"Excellent resort with lots of food and drink options"

"This is a 5 star hotel. All staff members are extremely friendly and ready to help. We got a room upgrade when we arrived without even asking for it. The room is clean and the bathroom is well divided, with large shower cabin. There is also a large balcony. The included breakfast is very good and with a lot of traditional Greek and Continental choices. All in all a very good experience. One problem is that the hotel has only 11 parking spaces. However, the reception staff is doing their best to find parking on surrounding streets when the hotel parking gets full. We will definitely stay here again."

"For the money, this is an extremely nice place to stay. Nothing fancy, but everything is clean and the staff is very friendly. It has great workability to restaurants and markets yet is off the main path. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. "

"We loved our stay at the Mitsis Laguna. The facilities are great and the food and drink options are fantastic. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. There was only one negative point which is that the hotel let people book the a la carte restaurants before they arrive (if you book direct), meaning that when we arrived, all of the restaurants were fully booked for dinner for our entire stay! I don't think this should be allowed as the hotel is making a poor first impression for guests as you feel like you can't enjoy the restaurants on site. "
