"Had a few nights in Amsterdam. Hotel was very friendly and staff were very nice. Adriano was particularly welcoming and pleasant to speak with. Only complaint would be that, our power to our room went out at 4am and needed our phones et. charged for the upcoming day. We alerted the reception desk who came to look into the problem. We were informed that they couldn’t do anything until 8am that day, which kept us up waiting. It somewhat ruined the days plans as we needed sleep so slept in later and missed a few plans we had that day. Other than that slight inconvenience we had an amazing stay and would 100% stay again."

Thankfully, the phone was returned to the reception shortly afterwards. We quickly forgot about the incident when we arrived in our room. The location was amazing, and both my fiancée and I were seriously impressed by everything."
