Staff was friendly, but this hotel is old and need of a makeover. The bathrooms were so tiny. Housekeeping never came- so we called down on day 2 to ask for towels. They never came. We stopped by front desk and asked for towels to be sent up- they never came. We called again- no one answered. We tried to call and order room service- coffee for room- no one ever answered. The hotel is convenient to Q line and all things downtown, but not worth the price.

My only challenge was I was there 3 nights and did not receive housekeeping services. The evening of my last night when I inquired why no one had cleaned the room, I was advised since Covid-19 you must request housekeeping from the front desk. I was not made aware of this very important process.
