"Stayed here last year around the same time of year. My room this year wasn't quite as clean. Considering that there was no one in the hotel they kind of gave us a crappy room. I don't know if it was close to the elevator or what but I kept hearing thumping in the middle of the night and it was mechanical thumping. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast and instead we got two $15 certificates to access what amounted to some fruit, some cereal, some breakfast bars,and some juice/coffee....

"We stay here often. The property is very convenient to the entrance to the Chincoteague Refuge. Many restaurants are close by too. The rooms are large and decorated nicely as well as extremely clean and well-maintained. Check-in is easy and staff is very pleasant. "We had a lovely time staying at the Inn. Grace, our host, was fun to talk to and the room and bed were both very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the little touches around the property, especially the night lighting, as well as the full service breakfasts. The B&B is a bit far from the local attractions, but it does make for a good central location for day excursions. Would recommend!"

"Finding the Inn was like finding Waldo. The address to the Inn leads you to a restaurant parking lot. When we did find the entrance it was a very tiny road and the parking lot was really small. The unit itself needs an upgrade. The carpet had a lot of stains and the air mattress on the sofa bed has a short in the cord. The bedroom has no A/C. "We loved this cozy cottage for our family of 4! It had everything we needed and more - including bicycles and a nice backyard and laundry line. Jennifer was an excellent host and super responsive, answering all of my many questions before and during our stay. We also appreciated all of the little details (toiletries, soaps, and coffee!). Oh and our kids walked down to the public docks to go crabbing which was a huge delight. We will definitely consider staying here again! "
