"A few front desk staff is not overly friendly with non-Japanese speaking guests. I asked why there is no cold water in the room and a chubby lady with hair tied back (usually on night shift) impatiently told me to drink warm water from the tap. Her attitude towards foreigners will be a reason for me to think twice next time I book when coming to Japan again. My hat off to the cleaning lady who clean my room immaculately and treat me courteously even we don’t speak the same language. But...
