Unfortunately, adherence to pandemic hygiene rules is not monitored at all in the boardinghouse and only so-so in the hotel, which made any passing through the stairways and/or elevator feel inherently unsafe. Several times during the stay, there was obvious smoking INSIDE the staircase. "

"10/10 Es war perfekt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Mariandl am Meer. Der Pool hat uns auch sehr begeistert. Unsere See alm L war wunderschön und großzügig geschnitten. Mit den Almtunnel ist man auch gut von Ort zu Ort gekommen. Das Personal war super freundlich. an der Bar gab es auch sehr leckere Getränke. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"Wir sind sehr begeistert. Tolle, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Unsere Wohnung war wirklich gut ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise waren wir erst sehr enttäuscht, da Sauna und Fitness a. G. eines Wasserschadens nicht zur Verfügung standen. Es gab leider auch tagsüber den Baulärm. In der 2. Woche war der Schaden behoben. Das Körbchen mit frischen Handtüchern vor der Tür war eine nette Geste. Über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung haben wir uns ebenfalls sehr gefreut! Wir sind wirklich gut erholt heim...

"Es soweit ein toller Urlaub. Mit dem Schwimmbad und der Sauna im Hause. Alles anderen Einrichtungen wie Restaurants, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Kurbühne in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider war auch eine Baustelle in Sicht- und vor allem in Hörweite. Aber das wird sich im nächsten Jahr ja erledigt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"Im großen und ganzen gut .Ich frage mich das dort noch keine Hütte abgebrannt ist. Die Elektrik ist sehr fragwürdig und gefährlich.Zum Beispiel, vom Kühlschrank war das Kabel beschädigt und mit etwas Isolierband umwickelt .Einmal und nie wieder dort hin"

We were not expecting to be required to bring our own towels although when reading the advert note that it did not specify that towels were provided. There was a surprise bill presented to us on arrival as well...if we could have communicated better we would have understood this was a tourist tax charged on all beds in this location. "Ich habe eine sehr saubere und geschmackvolle eingerichtet Wohnung vorgefunden. Bei Fragen stand mir immer ein Mitarbeiter der Agentur zur Seite. "

"Also mir ist nichts negatives ins Auge gefallen. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zwischen Mieter und Vermieter. Haus entsprach genau dem wie es auch ausgeschrieben war. Also steht eigentlich einem neuen Besuch nichts im Wege."

The apartment is on a beautiful location & extremely clean. Wolfgang & Babette were very responsive & reachable at all times. We particularly loved the easy check-in & check- out procedures. "The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....

"Ferienwohnung with view to the ocean. Modern and clean. It was unusual to have the reception not covered all day, but somehow okay. I personally would prefer to have staff on site 24/7. Not many options for restaurants bur supermarket is close to shop and cook your own meals. "

Great hotel in very good location

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."
