"This is the worst stay I ever booked on hotels.com. I dont even know where to start with this review. No vegan/vegitarian option in the buffet. Despite asking not to disturb, room service still showed up. Elevator is for name sake and cannot fit single person with luggage. "The room was huge with great air conditioning (2 in the room because it was large), skylight in the bathroom and as an added bonus there was an elliptical machine in the corner! Hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. Location was good - quiet, safe, close to airport (taxi €30) and close to tram into Venice (you can buy tickets/passes from front desk). We loved the Smart Hotel in Venice! Thank you for the wonderful stay! "
