"We had a 3 bed villa all with own bathrooms and a private pool & garden which were lovely. We did the spa experiences and day tours which were fantastic value. The resort is in a quieter part of Bali which suited us and right on the beach for morning walks, be aware it is not a swimming beach as the waves are so strong. The included breakfast had plenty of choice and we ate in the restaurant a few nights too. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly."

"Staff wise, Jia and Ali were lovely. Hotel was lovely though in need of a bit of a touch up. The balcony of the room we stayed in was massive but could have done with sun loungers as a waste of space. Also one of the railing struts was loose and dangerous as a child could push against and fall. Pool was fantastic but loungers were past their best and in need of replacing as too low, falling to bits and mattresses were splitting and fraying. "Loved my villa with private pool. The room was spacious, only thing missing was a kitchen then would be complete for long term stay. Lived the private pool great to go swimming any time i want. But i did encounter tons of bats flying over pool in last night which scared the life of of me. Needless to say i cut my swim short. The dining water fault was helpful but i still had to go get my own. Hated that the transportation promised was not true, no drivers. The one day i did go to the storei...

"Really lovely. Location is a bit far from anywhere but the hotel itself is great, the room was super clean and really comfortable. Loved the balcony and all the storage space. The staff were amazing!"

"The hotel location is great, close to the beach and airport. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good with many options. The rooms are clean, however the furnitures need some upgrading. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy (needs new one). Otherwise, the hotel was reasonable for the price we paid for."

"Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff are super polite, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms are generously sized and very clean, and the pools are quite large with crystal-clear water. The whole resort area is beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. Drinking water is provided daily, and breakfast is superb, with a huge selection of food, pastries, desserts, and fruits. The RIN restaurant is excellent, offering delicious food. Suku offers Indonesian cuisine but also provides some Western food options - ok option for lunch or dinner but more on the pricey side. There are many other great restaurants located just 10-15 minutes from the resort. The Kids Club is enjoyable although adding a kids' pool play area with a waterslide and other entertainment features would further enhance the experience for families. We had an evening return flight and the reception team kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out at 2 pm. Overall, this is a fantastic resort for a relaxing vacation, and I am definitely coming back to Conrad Bali!"
