"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"Convenient to everything in Interlaken. Train station is next door so very easy to use public transportation. We had a car so we needed to have the private parking in rear of building. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building with several other apartment above. The apartment has two bedrooms and one bath, a kitchen, and a living room area with a dining table. Everything was spotlessly clean. Communication with host was great and access to apartment was easy."

"Denka and her husband are friendly people. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. They keep the apartment very clean. There are two qualities we look for in vacation properties, cleanliness and comfort. They pass with high marks on cleanliness but are an absolute failure on comfort. "Diarmund and Kashi are wonderful hosts to this lovely set of homes. We had Dep 3 which is the top floor penthouse of one of their properties. "This hotel is great for anyone looking for a cheap base in the Bern area. The rooms were clean and well equipped, with a kitchen and a hob to prepare food if wanted (there is also an Aldi about 50m away) The beds were relatively comfortable and extra pillows were provided when asked. The only cons would be the location is effectively in an industrial estate by a train line, and can get quite noisy."
