「Great condo for family. Location perfect, cleanliness perfect, and beds perfect. Really a perfect place.」

「We stayed here as a group of 13. Four adults (ages 32 - 40) and nine kids (ages 1 - 13). The condo was incredibly spacious and could have easily fit an even larger group comfortably! Our favorite space was the long tables, which were able to accommodate ALL of our group— incredible! We also really enjoyed the pool table and the well equipped kitchen. The beach is a very short walk across the road. It took us about 5 minutes with young children. The speed limit on the road is 25 mph, so even...

Guest services responded quickly when we couldn’t figure out the TV. Just make sure you know that the property is located inside the Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort and you check in at their front desk. We loved this property and would highly recommend it.」

「The villa was clean and well stocked. It was a great location- near the pickleball/tennis courts and the beach. The community is close to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. Communicating with the owner was excellent as was the guide that was provided. 」

「We loved staying at this condo - it was exceptionally clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It is a block away from the driving range and our kids enjoyed hitting balls there. Beds were comfy, and the host provided some thoughtful extras to help us have a great stay. Close to many restaurants and grocery store. Would love to come back!」

「The guest bedroom door on the main floor was off its hinge, so you had to lift it in order to close the door. Also, there was no bedside lamp, so reading in bed was impossible. Most importantly, there were no instructions on how to adjust the air conditioning, so it was very chilly,」

「We encountered no communication from VRBO concerning checkout/checkin. We also found palmetto bugs( roaches) . I called Litchfield resorts and they came 24 hrs ltr. The kitchen had no paper towels, dish soap and the silverware was dirty😖」

「Spent 5 nights. Clean on arrival, nice place, good view. Several issues including WiFi not operating, only one dishwasher soap, no dish soap or towels or dish cloths. Borrowed from sister. Required to laundry towels on departure but provided no laundry soap. No hand soap in kitchen, not much toilet paper. Other condos we've stayed in AZ, FL, CA all this provided, which it should be to a certain extent.」

「Dish washer outdated/didn’t clean properly, baking sheets were rusted & really dirty along with some pots, pans and dishes, garbage disposal in sink was extremely loud and shook the counter, washer/dryer outdated & dryer took FOREVER to dry clothes.」

「We loved our stay. Everything about the condo was just right, including the proximity to beach access. We loved the hammock and picnic table under the house as well. We would definitely return!」

「Sitting on the back porch drinking coffee every morning looking over the lake was just breath taking. Really enjoyed seeing all of the birds flying around as well as the fish jumping out of the water. We really enjoyed all the comforts of home. Everything we needed was provided for our comfort.」

「Great location, easy walk to the beach. Check out required laundering the towels, but no detergent was provided at the unit. Also, would be nice to have a small amount of dishwashing detergent. A few maintenance issues were noted and sent to the property manager.」
