Great location for connecting with cruisers
The property sits on a lovely shady point, surrounded on three sides by water, with a small beach perfect for a dinghy to anchor from a sailboat anchored nearby. Our unit (#1) was spacious and well-equipped with utensils, dishes, cooking opportunities (microwave, toaster oven). The wi-fi was initially a little weak but seemed to improve over time. The owner Nancy is a wonderful source of information and history of the area. No A/C but two ceiling fans and louvered windows make for almost continual breezes. The grounds are beautiful. An easy walk to town for its stores and restaurants.

Nice older property. Majestic setting. One of a kind location. Short walk to everything. No AC in our room but it is easy to keep cool with fans.
