"I booked this on its proximity to the Christmas market. Thecheck in is through the bistro and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even carried our bags to the lift. "Always like to stop here. Very clean, kind stuff, amazing breakfast. But will never book again the budget room in the hot summer. It is impossible to sleep as it is very warm and the ventilator does not help. Would be nice to have air-conditioning. Luckily I got a Comfort room for the last night and we were happy with my dog there. We'll be back 🐕❤️"

"Had a lovely weekend break with my girlfriend and enjoyed every bit of this hotel - my only criticism is that they advertise pool, jaquizzi and spa - but the pool is basically a pond in the garden (with fish in it) and spa is a small out house with tiny sauna in it. They also charge an extra fee for using the spa, which is disappointing considering the amount you spend on the room. We decided against using the spa for that reason. "

"We enjoyed most everything. The fresh squeezed orange juice was a treat and loved the gas fireplace in the room. The only bad thing was the water was lukewarm at best. Really cold outside and was looking forward to hot showers "

"A short break to Bruges which was the first time for us. The hosts were so helpful before our visit with lots of information. They were very good in responding to messages before we visited. The Townhouse was perfect, ideally placed with easy walking distance to the train station and the city centre. Breakfast was superb and set us up for the day. "What a beautiful property to visit Bruges! It was so quiet and secluded but near all the sights. Our room was so spacious and had a balcony that we enjoyed tea on in afternoon. The bathroom and bedroom was luxurious! Immanuel was a fantastic host and the breakfast was so delicious and fresh. He even sat down with us and the map to help us find the places we were interested in. Highly recommend "

"Good facilities, good size for 6 people supermarket 5 minute walk away. Spa and pool excellent the kids loved it, well equipped kitchen. The only problem was the smoke detectors are very sensitive, there's one on the bathroom which was triggered by steam from the shower and one was set off by spray deodorant, so security show up and say there's a problem and you have to open the balcony door, not ideal in winter. Overall a good stay."

"Das haus war so wie beschrieben. alles war sehr gut organisiert. der Pool war gut, Zubehör, wie zB ein großer Schwimmreifen, Sitzpolster für die Sitzgelegenheiten waren im Gartenhaus. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch braucht. Es ist ein älteres Haus, man darf also nicht davon ausgehen alles neu vorzufinden. wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Abende auf der Terasse waren sehr angenehm. Bitte bringt euch Anti-Mückenschutz mit. Danke"

Fantastic hotel in a great location

"The hotel was beautiful situated in a great location in walking distance from Bruges market. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and this continued throughout our stay. The room was small but ideal for a 2 night stay in the city. The room and bathroom was clean and we were provided with coffee facilities and toiletries. The hotel was in a great location abouts 15 minutes from both the markets and station. The hotel bar was very cosy and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend! "

Great Hotel, perfect location and large rooms

"Another fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza in Bruges. I’ve stayed here before a few times and the hotel is very central. I really like the hotels underground car parking as I can park my car and leave it feeling it’s in a safe place. Bruges is a beautiful city and especially so at Christmas with the markets etc. The hotel is clean, big rooms, comfortable beds, shower is excellent and bar is good too. Thanks for a great stay … I shall be back! "

Beautiful hotel

"One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and the decorations for Christmas were stunning. We loved spending time in the lounge area by the fire, the breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would highly recommend. My ownly fault, and this isnt unique to this hotel, is that we paid an additional price for our four month son to stay (which is expected). Then when checking in online, we were asked to pay an extra price for a cot. That's like paying for an adult to stay in a hotel, then asking them to pay for their bed. The cot should be included, if the infant has already been paid for. We made do with our bassinet pram instead. "
