"This place would have been 5 stars but the ac in our unit didn’t work. For us this is a huge inconvenience as even at home we like it 68 when we sleep. It was above 75 in our room, and we found out other units had broken ac. Everything else was fantastic, and really wanted to give them 5 stars."
