Located just two blocks from all the fun and excitement of downtown Gatlinburg, this tastefully-appointed, fourth-floor condo is ideal for your next family vacation or couples retreat! Whip up everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, dine at the table for six, and then switch on the gas fireplace, settle into one of two plush sofas, and stream your favorite channels in the living area. This condo also features two furnished balconies (one larger one off the living area and a smaller one off the main bedroom) where you can enjoy the sunset over the mountains with an evening glass of wine. And in warm weather, grab one of the provided towels and head down to the on-site pool and hot tub.

First time using Vrbo. This unit was managed by Vacasa. Attempted to use the Vacasa app while there, but always got a failed server message. So used Vrbo to communicate if needed. Clean unit. Well stocked kitchen. Door code a slight challenge. Easy access to everything. Quiet surroundings. Saw bears daily from the patio deck. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a fabulous stay and the condo itself was lovely. However, the elevator was broken when we got there and the condo was on the 4th floor. That would have been inconvenient enough, but my husband is a disabled vet and unable to walk up 4 flights and carry bags. I called vacsa and was told the property manager was aware of the issue and would contact me to see if any help was available. No one ever called or stopped by and we were told one time the elevator was fixed when it clearly wasn’t. Fortunately we figured out a work around ourselves, but that included someone having to go up and down the stairs to call the elevator. It turns out the inside buttons didn’t work, but no one from the property ever told us anything about it. I found out the next morning that it was working when I tried it. Other than that it was beautiful, but I was disappointed in the property management.

Great location if your plans involve the convention center
We were playing in a bridge tournament at the Gatlinburg convention center, so this location was ideal. It is also super-easy to drive to the national park from here. The accommodations are fine, though not special - it feels a bit like a long term stay hotel with more space. Some very handy conveniences include wheeled luggage racks, elevator to ground level (because the building is up a steep hill from the main drag), etc. Beds were comfortable. Internet was good. No noise was heard from other units. Parking was easy. Minimally stocked kitchen. The outdoor pool and hot tub were not open, but didn't look too exciting. Good value place.

Property was very nice, check in and out was easy. Condo was very clean and location was great! A few issues but management responded quickly. Only suggestion was should have been told more about location of elevator to street and trolley system. But very enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back.

The condo is in a great location and had all of the necessary amenities. However, there were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and the bathroom rug and dining room chairs were dirty. After inquiring about the condition of the unit, the manager offered to send someone out to clean, but we declined. The cable box in the living room was unplugged, which we figured out after some time trying to get the tv going. Our stay was good over all, but we will choose a different condo in Summit Manor next time.

Upon arrival, the keypad did not work, so I was not able to enter at my check-in time. After going through an automated answering service, I was finally given the code to the cleaning person’s lockbox and used their key for the rest of my stay. The condo is in a great location, but it had several issues that should not be present for what they charge. The master bedroom’s toilet was broken. I called as soon as we realized what was going on, was told someone would be contacting us shortly and to wait at the condo because they can’t enter without us being present. We wasted 4 hours of our 1st day waiting and nobody called nor did they come by. As a matter of fact, the toilet was still broken when we left, nobody ever came to fix it. The master bedroom door lock doesn’t work. The main restrooms hand towel holder was broken off the wall. They threw the broken pieces on the bath towel holder next to the sink. I pulled the nightstand out in the 2nd bedroom to plug my phone charger into the outlet. I found trash behind the nightstand and the bed. The entire place was extremely dusty. There was mold in the dishwasher. The dishwasher makes a very loud squealing sound when it’s running. We had to clean the kitchen counters, because they were sticky and still had food crumbs on them. The silverware had dried food on them. When using the ice maker, the freezer door opens itself. The couch and loveseat looked filthy and were completely worn out. All three beds are worn out. You would literally roll off of them if you didn’t prop yourself up with pillows. Several doorstops were broken off the wall and left sitting in the floor. The staircase corridor was littered with half smoked cigarette butts at every level. I have rented more cabins and condos in this area than I can even count and have never seen one in this poor of shape. If Vacasa is going to charge someone a small fortune to stay in a place for 40 hours, that place should at the very least be clean. I will never rent from Vacasa again.

Anniversary getaway
My husband and I had a great mini anniversary stay in your condo! It is a great location within walking distance to everything downtown Gatlinburg (it definitely helps to know that the extra street level elevator is outside to the left of the pool area.) Cleanliness of the condo was great, balcony view was awesome with the changing leaves, gas fireplace a plus and amenities were wonderful except the in-room jacuzzi kept draining. Other than that very small issue, we had a great time and will definitely come back to stay!
