"We were looking for quiet and clean and that’s what we got and more. It was convenient to just park in front of the room and have easy access to car. We walked to the lake which was gorgeous. ( Use the $5 vouchers!) We walked to heavenly shopping area which was super cool. Tahoe is a beautiful and clean place. Bear camp down the block had a cool atmosphere with corn hole, live music and good food. "

"Very nice the access to the beach was excellent, you are not allowed to use the pool next to the property. Laundry is off site, but grocery store close by. It’s loaded with families, and we had lots of noise up stairs. Overall we did enjoy our stay."

"Great place to stay on the South East Side of the lake! We had 10 people and although it says only sleeps 8 with the bed set ups there are several pull out couches that can be used. I know there were a lot of reviews saying they got noise complaints. We had 10 mid 20s people staying and we just introduced ourselves to the surrounding neighbors and let them know if we get too loud just to come let us know.the neighbors were great and very pleasant. We never got any complaints."
