"We enjoyed our stay at this property. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed by the staff with smiles, including housekeeping staff. The room was quiet and the hotel is in a safe location convenient to the Empire State Bldg. The only negative thing was the bathroom woodwork, tile, and a slight spray with the sink faucet showed signs of aging and could use attention. The bed was comfortable and a request for extra pillows was fulfilled in less than 5 minutes! We will definitely...
