"WE had a lovely stay at Good Aura. They were very accommodating with any of our requests and made the ski rental, check-in, transport to ski lift super easy. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel 3 or the 4 nights because we enjoyed the home cooked meals and it was very convenient to stay in the cozy hotel and eat and drink after a long day of skiing. "We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. Nice hotel, the staff needs hospitality training

"A lovely hotel in a lovely ski resort. Great views on the mountains from the spa facilities. Unfortunately, there is a big problem with the staff at the reception and also in the spa facilities. Unhelpful, not interested, some even bluntly rude. Some would spend their time looking at their phones while you’re talking to them. The reception staff let us check in into a room which wasn’t ready and when we got back downstairs with all our luggage (no one offered to help with the luggage) we were told that we shouldn’t expect to check in as it’s too early. They could’ve just told us to wait until it’s ready rather sending us there. At the spa facilities the reception lady got very annoyed with me when I told her that the sauna and the jacuzzi weren’t working. She was raising her voice while talking to me and kept repeating that it was working, which wasn’t true. The management of the hotel needs to seriously look into staff training. The encounters with the hotel staff significantly spoiled our stay. "
