I picked this hotel because it had great reviews, and it didn't disappoint. All staff speak English, for those US and UK travelers. "Lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming service at the reception. We were able to check in 2 hours early and there was a coffee machine incl. oat milk which was great. The location is fantastic just a 4 mins walk from the metro station and 3 stops from the old town. The breakfast selection was good as well. The only downside was the somewhat dark room despite 2 windows and very small and dark bathroom, which was a surprise. "
