The staff had great service and the location was near many shops.The downside was that the building seemed very old with facilities that had wear and tear. The room was a lot smaller than expected and there was no centralized heat; the heating system had poor quality and circulation. The bed was not comfortable. I was not satisfied nor very comfortable during my stay. I hope improvements will be made regarding these concerns.

This is our second stay here and overall I recommend this hotel. It's very conveniently located right above a metro station, rooms are a good size and comfortable, the free breakfast and managers receptions are very nice and plentiful. Main issues were small things that could have easily been fixed with more attention. Examples include, the pool had no towels three out of the five times we went. Our room had run out of conditioner and wasn't filled during our 5 night stay. On our last night the maid took the second top sheet for the sofa bed and did not return it. Again, all small stuff but a little annoying. The biggest annoyance was when we were all woken at 7:30am by a building wide fire drill. Not an actual emergency, just a planned drill. Given that the hotel is pretty much the main occupier of the mall, you would think they would have more control over such drills, or at least apologize for them once they happen.
Bottom line, it's good value for money and I do recommend it.

The room was beautiful, with coffee, little handcrafted chocolate truffle, water, spacious bathroom with great mirrors for putting on makeup, well lit, and with thoughful supplies of slippers and robes. I particularly loved the speakeasy downstairs. I did not get to check out the rooftop patio but I hope to return and do so one day. It is unique and idyllic. I will stay here again!
