"The appartement was at a nice location. We walked to Akihabara every day (you could take the train, but we liked the walk there). The room was very spacious and had enough room for us to spend our last days and reorganize our suitcases with al the souvenirs we bought! The shower was very nice as well. "

"The service was amazing, the room beautiful, with modern fixtures and nice furniture, the morning breakfast bar great, and a great view of the SkyTree. This was like an oasis after staying in some accommodations that were not nearly this good. I already said this but the front end staff were absolutely wonderful. We felt so welcome and cared for when we arrived."

"Absolutely amazing stay. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in the area, and this is the best by far. For the price, the size of the room was enormous(by tokyo standards). Shower/Bath was great. Love that the toilet was in a separate room. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Definitely coming back next year!"

"The rooms looks modern, well-maintained and well-equipped with kitchen appliances & cutleries. Only thing that can be improved is the foldable bed that has instructions that are not exactly straightforward on how to operate it. Also, for the method of communication, Sometimes its hard to get things you want done as staff is always not around except an iPad for calling at the front desk. "

"Overall I enjoyed my stay. The washer and dryer was a big plus. The closest subway station is around 8-10 min walk. It is a 15 min walk to senso-ji and the busy shopping area which is very convenient. I had a slight issue with the checkin process and it didn’t find my reservation on the self serve system - lucky there was a staff on site at that time. Most of the time you do not see anyone. The room felt a little cramp and had a motel feel at first. But can’t complain for that price and...

"Absolutely amazing hotel, I will be coming back super close to a lot of things including TOKYO DISNEY!!! the station is 2 minute walk from hotel lobby. It’s one stop from Tokyo Disney and the rooms are renovated to perfection! WHAT ARE YOU DOING STILL READING?!?!?? Book this place NOW"

"The Richmond International is fabulous! We’ve stayed here several times: the location in Asakusa is convenient, the breakfast is amazing and the views of the Skytree and Sensoji temple are wonderful. We could even see Fuji-San covered in snow from our 12th floor window this morning. "

"We stayed here at both ends of our trip. Staff was very helpful and had our luggage waiting in our room for us when we arrived. We had the 4 single beds, which worked for us. We booked it for the convenience to the train station so we could use our JR train passes. It allowed us to get 4 beds in one room. The beds are a little smaller than our traditional twin size beds. This did not have a microwave, but we knew that when booking. It was convenient to a major shopping center about 1 block away."

"Excellent for our stay, front desk staff was helpful, clean, organized, convenient, breakfast at the coffee shop was also good, but limited in selection. Also closed to the train station was a big plus and appreciate the luggage storage for our early arrival"

"Beautiful hotel with many amenities in the room. We booked an East wing family room for my family of three. It was very large with three twin size beds, a couch, a table with two chairs and two stools. Very clean and quiet. We stayed for seven nights so we felt very comfortable there. Staff was kind and attentive. Helped us send our bags to a different city. Two convenience stores and a Starbucks nearby. "
