"Less than 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station. Very convenient location for tourists. Very nice guest room and public bath. Only thing I can complaint is the AC of the guest room floor aisle was bit too hot during winter. "

"Great hotel that's right across the street from Dotonbori. As far as the room goes, my room was nice and spacious for a single bed. It was clean, the room amenities was adequate, and the bathroom was quite spacious. Good price considering how close it is to Dotonbori. I would stay here again if I ever go back to stay in Osaka. "

"Staff was always friendly and greeted me. Also kindly showed me the proper behavior in the lobby, I thought I was able to sit in the lobby and eat my onigiri, but it appeared to be bad manners. I learned immediately and went somewhere else to finish it. I think as a foreigner it is also difficult to know all the etiquette, so I am glad to learn and change immediately. The facility is also very clean with all the ammenities that I want. "

The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy access to public transport. "The property is well situated. Dotonbori is a short Sunday walk. Office buildings are around but there are amenities, convince story’s and small affordable eateries a stones throw away. The rooms are a lot smaller that other cheaper Hotel Iconics but I suspect it’s just due to location. "

"The hotel is within walkable distance from shin- osaka station. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the size of the hotel room is commentable. Bonus is kids can see the shinkensen track from the window of our hotel room. Overall, its a very comfortable stay and we will surely come back again"

"We stayed three nights over New Years Eve. While we didn't bring our dog we wished we had! The property has all kinds of amenities for pet owners like a washing srea and free treats. The room itself was like a small apartment complete with a toaster oven, microwave, and fridge. It was spacious! The floor is concrete as are the outside walls, which was good for soundproofing. It was not loud at all. We really enjoyed walking to the bamboo forest and the shops and restaurants. There is a mini mart...

"A very beautiful place with very gracious hosts. Hideo san and his lovely wife Yukako san were friendly. It was my girl's birthday and Hideo san orered a cake from his friend on our behalf- one of the best i ever. We all slept very well. Must be the fresh air and the quiet surroundings. "

"Our crew enjoyed a delightful time in the Kyoto farmhouse. The hosts were most accommodating, Hideo-San is a man of many talents, and his wife is compassionate and very kind. The house itself had the necessary items for cooking and living comfortably. There is a very sweet café, which features kitties and delicious food just a few footsteps away. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world again, we will certainly reach out and reconnect with these sweet landlords. "
