"What an amazing stay! We stayed only one night at this Onsen but it was a great experience. We had a shuttle pick us up and drop us off at the train station, or bring us into town. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. There was one staff member who spoke English which made it helpful to get direction on how to stay at a traditional Onsen (it was our first time). The spa on the property was also very nice. Breakfast was great and served in private stalls in the morning."

"The hotel is very Nice, although a bit old, but it is properly mantained. Totally recommend the Ryokan breakfast, and I also recommend usinh the prívate Onsen at the hotel. All of the 7 pubñic Onsen come included with the hotel. Overall great place. "

"Not a bad place to stay for a couple of days. I just found it odd that it didn’t have an elevator when rooms are up on the 2nd and 3rd floor- I had to carry my luggage up the stairs (luckily, mine was on the 2nd floor). Having that many rooms and only have one shower to share for the whole building is not a good situation to be in as well. I know there’s free onsen privileges from the Amanohashidate hotel across but that’s also a hassle to get to as well. I found that the shared men’s washroom in the 2nd floor kinda had an odd smell as well… Anyway, it’s an okay place to stay at for a couple of days especially if you’re gonna spend most of the time exploring the beauty of Amanohashidate and Miyazu. "

"Great hotel close to the station. The staff is really amazing. The rooms are simple yet very good. Great Internet connection even for video calls. The free breakfast was just amazing (you can bring it up your room if you want) Just make sure not tk book a smoking room if you don't smoke like I did... But if you do, they have sprays that help with the smell!"
