You must go off to find something to eat. They have a coffee shop, but it does not open until 10 AM in the morning 11 AM check out time "

"The location of this place was amazing as it had lots of shopping and restaurants around. The train station was like 10-15min walk which was nice. The room itself was bigger than I expected but the shower and bed were a tight squeeze. My partner and I are both 5’10” 200lbs each and barely fit on the bed. Good hotel but bad customer service

"All was good and was happy with my bag being able to be kept at concierge till we checked back again a week later. However my team of 5 were upset and unhappy when breakfast manager refused to let me take some bfast to go as it was too early and the manager at the bfast WAS INFLEXIBLE AND SAID NO DUE to company policy . U need to have hotel fix this nonsense and bad customer service as they would not let me take food to go when I COULD NOT EAT AT 6..30 am and this was very wrong !! Will appreciate a response all 5 of us booked in 3 rooms experienced this bad unusual behavior. We were NOT EATING AND TAKING TO GO !!"

"Location of this wonderful western style hotel, adjacent Yamashita park and short walk to China Town, was a bonus. The real pleasure, and why I'll be back, were the plushly appointed room -- with a long, deep bath!! -- and the personable, professional staff. Concierge went out of her way to promptly arrange parking and luggage storage tho we arrived hours early plus dinner reservations nearby. Monte Cristo breakfast (ham, cheese melt) was clincher. Five star accommodation that lives up to its reputation. "

Excellent hotel near the airport

"This hotel is lovely and very close to Narita. A shuttle is offered, be aware that it stops running prior to late flight arrival. The room was nice and clean, not huge, but large enough to get around the bed without running into things. The breakfast was excellent!!! They had a good variety of items and the beef was the best meat I had tasted in months."
