"Great place to relax ans see critters and close to everything fun"

"We loved our stay at this mountain cabin. At an elevation above 10,000 feet, we were surrounded by fragrant pines and had a direct view of a snow-covered mountain top. At the start of June, there were still mounds of snow around the cabin. As you drive up to the cabin, keep your eyes peeled for deer crossing the road. We saw several. Loved it. "First, I will address the elephant in the room. Yes, there is traffic noise from I70 but if you're someone who can accept the "white noise" the cabin is perfect for all kinds of adventure, or none at all. You're minutes away from great hikes, beautiful vistas and many wonderful small towns full of history. Or you can veg on the deck and stare at the mountain. Maybe see some big horn sheep. "The house was as the pics portrayed. It Was equipped with all amenities needed for cooking, linens, Kleenex, paper towels, etc. In was very peaceful and very enjoyable"

"Two fishing buddies hanging out for the week fishing, cooking, backgammon, and (re)telling old stories in the hot tub while stargazing at the Milky Way. Great venue with its solitude and remoteness, but great access to several rivers and Jefferson Lake for fishing and hiking. Will definitely rebook for our fall trip. Perfect location just outside of Idaho Springs which has amazing restaurants (Beau Jo’s pizza is a MUST). "This was such a lovely place to spend our 20th anniversary. It was very cozy, very quiet and has a beautiful view. It was just the right size for 2 adults, could handle 2 kids but more than that would be crowded. There is no ground entry so be prepared for stairs. The parking was not as large or as level as we thought it would be. The house was very clean, the beds and linen were so comfortable (if you are tall the mattress downstairs is short. "This place Is a prime location, just blocks of Main Street, and peak 9! The communication with the owner or property manager was superb. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the very high ceilings! The loft was great for the kids to play while the adults played on the main floors! The home design was ideal & quaint. Thank you for paining us stay, we’ll be back!"

"This was a great property and the host supplied everything we needed for our stay! She was a great communicator and assisted any way possible. She even gave me the name of an urgent center/emergency room where my husband ended up spending all but one night of our stay in the hospital! The only suggestion I have is to explain the difficulty of the steps getting inside the cabin in a little more detail. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had 3 families stay for our annual ski trip. We arrived just in time for an epic storm. The property managers were unbelievably communicative and supportive of us Floridians in a snow storm! The property had a fun corky set up. The kids had a blast with the swings and hot tub and in the bunk bed room. Lots of fun games for them too. We wish we could have enjoyed the beauty of the outside of the property but it was completely covered in snow!"
